Training & Youth Development

At the heart of Ontrac Removals and Storage is our commitment to training and empowering at-risk youth. Through our partnership with the Ontrac Youth Foundation, we provide hands-on, industry-based training that equips young people with the skills, confidence, and experience needed to build a better future.

Our trainees are guided by experienced removalists and logistics professionals while working toward nationally recognised qualifications in transport, logistics, and warehousing. Each young person is supported through a structured program that includes mentoring, real-world work experience, and opportunities for ongoing employment.

By integrating training directly into our operations, we create a unique environment where every job completed contributes to personal growth, community impact, and long-term change.
